Finally, the time is upon us for the illustrated world to meet the photo world. Or more appropriately, the opposite.
This is the start of something I’ve wanted to do ever since I started the photo story arcs for this comic, and I’m looking forward to putting it together for you all.
However, these pages are a bit more time consuming than the regular pages (since I have to draw, ink, color, take photos, size stuff, do various post activities to the photos, etc), so this story arc may only update on Fridays. To replace the Wednesday pages, I’m going to start blogging some educational (and entertaining) blog posts about the making of my latest comic, Junkyard Chase.
So coming to this site will now provide two items: educational and entertaining content. I call it “edutainment.”
Rock!

Recall a while back when Charlie the Poltergeist (the antagonist in the illustrated world) made some comments about a rip he saw in a wall? Well, it appears that rip has also appeared in the photo world.
This could only mean one thing: crossover!
I’ve been wanting to do something like this ever since I started this comic, and while ambitious, it’s going to be a lot of fun. A lot of work, but a lot of fun.
I won’t spoil any of it for you, but I will encourage you to stick around (and invite your friends) for something a little different.
Been a while since we’ve seen Charlie the poltergeist, but at least this explains why the photo comics suddenly started up after The Prisoner storyline. Might this lead to some conflict later on? Anything’s possible.
I’ve had the worst headache since last week, and it hasn’t gone away yet. I think it’s because I’ve been so tense lately. The muscles in my neck have constricted and started putting undue pressure on my temples or something. I think a massage is in order sometime soon.
In the meantime, though, I need to play catch up from the weekend and get more comic pages done. And scripting. And coloring.
And then will come the much needed sleep.
See you Friday!
