Because of Veno’s actions (see previous page for details), High Elder has decided to host a vote: shall the gods stay or leave? If every god gets a vote, then a decision can be made. However, the gods have a policy about voting that will come into play in a little bit, and help explain Veno’s motivations a bit better.
