Ah onions. Of course, most people don’t like the smell of a strong onion – especially if you’re on a date – but I do enjoy including them in my cooking. Especially pasta sauces. The texture alone is worth it, but of course there’s also a potent flavor to go along with it.
There are many different types of onions, and I won’t go into any detail on them here since I’m far from an onion expert, but I will say I tend to lean towards the sweet yellow onions in just about everything I cook.
